How it works

Whether you need to rent a trailer for private or commercial use, renting from Grab & Go Trailers is easy.

1️⃣ Browse and book your trailer

Find the trailer that best fits your needs. Choose your desired rental times. Provide requested documentation.

2️⃣ Collect your trailer

Every trailer will come equipped with a spare tire, tire iron, hitch, and four straps. Additional items will be specific to the type of trailer. Every reservation will be issued a specific code to access the trailer and it's items.

3️⃣ Return your trailer

Drop the trailer off and lock it up. Security deposit will be issued back after an inspection following the rental terms and condition contract.

Pricing (Let's Keep it Simple)

Yes, this is a business but we understand that everyone has different needs. This is how we, at Grab and Go Trailers, want to do business.

Each trailer is rented out at their one-day flat fee. BUT, if all you need is a trailer for those quick trips we will work with you (for example: you rent a dump trailer out for the daily rate of $70. But you only need it for a couple of hours. Upon return, we will only charge you an hourly rate of $20. If the hourly rate exceeds the daily flat fee, then we just charge the daily rate.

When your rental period is complete, return the trailer to our rental location, and we'll ensure it's properly maintained for the next renter.

If you encounter any issues or damages to the rented trailer during your use, please notify us promptly. We understand that unexpected situations can arise. Depending on the nature and extent of the issue or damage, we will assess and determine the necessary course of action. You may be responsible for repair or replacement costs, so it's advisable to review our rental agreement for specific terms and conditions related to trailer damages. Your prompt communication is appreciated, as it helps us maintain the quality of our rental equipment.
